Club Manager (Female Only)
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Club Manager to lead our team and drive growth. The ideal candidate is a "hands-on" supervisor who leads by example, excels in service excellence, and possesses a deep understanding of fitness business operations. You will be responsible for the club’s financial health, team performance, and the overall member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily club activities, ensuring all operations align with brand policies and standards. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment.
- Team Performance & Development: Lead daily KPI huddles and weekly team meetings. Identify staff weak points and implement development programs to coach and motivate the team.
- Sales & Growth: Hit monthly growth targets by managing the sales pipeline (Leads>Appointmnets> Sales) and minimizing cancellations.
- Retention Management: Maintain a club attrition rate of <4%. Ensure high member engagement through "Monthly Coaching" sessions and consistent customer feedback loops.
- Marketing Execution: Develop and manage a monthly standardized marketing calendar and guest production plan.
- Financial & Admin Oversight: Manage the Club Management System (Curves OSE), including accurate data capturing, billing processes, inventory, and financial reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a motivating climate.
- Service Excellence: Exceptional people skills with a focus on customer relationship management and satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze revenue trends, club KPIs, and financial projections to ensure profitability.
- Coaching: Must be able to perform the "Circuit Coach" role at a high level to effectively train and lead staff.
Performance Targets (KPIs)
- Club Growth: Achieving positive growth (Sales > Cancellations).
- Retention: Keeping monthly attrition below 4%.
- Engagement: Maintaining 33% member workout attendance and 70% Monthly Coaching Session Completion.
- Accuracy: Timely and accurate submission of monthly club reports and billing collections.
