Terms and Conditions 1. The Curvette of the Year is open to Malaysian & expatriate Curves members age 18 years and above.
2. For entries to be accepted, entrants are required to complete all mandatory fields in the softcopy form and attach a before and after photo - full length.
3. Participant allows Curves and the campaign sponsors exclusive rights to use their photos and testimonials for Curves collaterals, media publications and social media platforms.
4. The Participant is not an ambassador of another slimming / fitness / health centre.
5. Selected Winners are required to attend the Makeover Photoshoot, Celebration Party and Curves Fitness Festival.
6. Curves Corporate Office reserves the right to determine the contents of the prizes for the winner and her Club.
