Curves equipment has been rigorously tested by the Exercise & Sport Nutrition Laboratory (ESNL) at Baylor University and Texas A&M University. This comprehensive kinesiological and biomechanical assessment conducted by a team of physical therapists, biomechanists, and athletic trainers, confirmed that our equipment effectively targets the right muscle groups, delivers optimal resistance-training intensities, and supports improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
