TURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their Check Draft at any time by requesting to the club they registered.

Cancellation Fees: If cancellation occurs before the end of the initial 12 months, a cancellation penalty will be applied. The cancellation penalty will be advised by the club you have registered with. If cancellation occurs after the initial 12 months, there is no termination fee applied.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for wrongful deductions or overcharging made by the clubs. When a member on a 6/12 months prepaid membership cancels her membership (with several remaining months before the membership expires), no refund will be issued. The only exception being cancellation due to a medical reason.

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment, or a designated bank account by the member.

Process for Cancellation: To cancel a service booking, customers must contact our Curves Fitness Centre that you have registered with.
